About this page

Elecx LLC buys used electronics along the Gulf Coast. This page explains how to contact us about suspected stolen property and law-enforcement requests.

Stolen property

We do not knowingly purchase lost or stolen devices. Sellers must own their devices or have authority to sell them. We may request identification or evidence of ownership and decline a transaction when ownership is uncertain.

Cooperating with law enforcement

We cooperate with lawful investigations and respond to valid legal process. We maintain and provide transaction records, preserve information, and handle devices as required by applicable law. Disclosures of personal information are subject to applicable law and our privacy policy.

Requests from law enforcement

Send requests to contact@elecx.co. Include your name, agency, official contact information, case or report number, relevant device identifiers such as a serial number or IMEI, and a description of the information or assistance requested. Attach any supporting legal process.

We may verify the request and ask for clarification or additional documentation before responding. This contact channel is not an emergency service.

If your device was lost or stolen

Report suspected theft to your local law-enforcement agency. For a phone or other connected device, also contact your carrier or service provider.

If you believe your device was offered to Elecx, contact contact@elecx.co with its serial number or IMEI, your police report number if available, and the investigating agency’s contact details. Do not send account passwords or device passcodes.

Contacting us does not guarantee that we have the device or can recover or return it. We handle ownership claims and requests for customer information in accordance with applicable law.
